4. Return Shipping & Labels

Customers are responsible for providing a shipping address for returns. We can provide a return label upon request.

  • Customer-shipped returns: If a label is not provided, customers must ship the item back using a reliable carrier.

5. Return Method & Instructions

All returns should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Use a sturdy box or padded packaging to protect the product. Include the order number inside the package to ensure proper processing.

6. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are applied for standard returns. Customers will receive a full refund after the item has been inspected and accepted.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact info@carrycove.shop immediately. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons. Examples include:

9. Exchanges for Different Items

10. Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, it is eligible within the 14-day window, provided it meets return criteria. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

11. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

12. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If a refund does not appear in your account after 5 business days:
